Returns:

The maximum term for the return of an article will be of 7 calendar days counted from the delivery of the order. To process the return, you must apply through pedidos@brabander.com. All that product you want to return will have to be in the same state in which it has been sent, without presenting any kind of manipulation. In the contrary case, may not be returned. Once we receive the product we will deliver to the customer a Voucher for the amount of the product, without expiration date, for use on your next purchase.

Only can be claimed any type of incident, whether it is breakage or lack of goods, during the 24 hours following the receipt of the order sent an e-mail to pedidos@brabander.com or by calling our customer care phone 982 363 853.


In case of breakage should be kept the goods in the original packaging, and immediately contact both the shipping company as DiscoAzul.com as soon as it is received. If not you will be notified within 24 hours of receipt, it is understood that the order has arrived correctly.
 

Lack of Warranty:

  • All those products that need to be manipulated for its installation are not warranted as mentioned in the description of the same, (lenses, Chips, screens....)
  • All products of software have warranty for the first 24 hours from its reception because wrong use can disrupt, (games, Swap Magic ......)
